CHANNA MASALA
Ingrediants:-
ChickPeas - 150gms(Soaked Overnight and boiled and kept aside)
Onion - 2(Sliced)
Tomatoe - 1(Finely Chopped)
Ginger - 1"(Finely Chopped)
KahsmiriChilli Powder - 1 Tsp
Coriander Powder-1 Tsp
Channa Masala Powder - 2Tsp
Salt - To Taste
oil- 3Tbsp
coriander leaves
Method:-
Heat Oil in a kadai.Add the onion and fry well till the onion turns brown.
Add the tomato and ginger and fry well.
Then add all the powders and fry till the oil leaves the sides.
Now add the Cooked Channa,salt and little water and allow it to thicken.
