fried rice

Ingrediants:-

Basamati Rice-2cups

French beans - 100gms

Carrot- 50gms

Onions - 2 medium size

Peper powder-1tsp

Salt - to taste

Olive Oil- 2tbsp

Method:-

1) Cook the rice seperatly with 3 1/2 cups of water and keep it to cool..

2) cut the beans into thin round pieces

3) cut carrot into small cube pieces

4) finely chop onions.

5) oil in a kadai, fry the onions till they turn pink

6) Then add the vegetables and fry well till they turn tender

7) Finally add the cooked rice and mix well and serve hot with chilli sauce ..

This is my Receipe for Fried rice..it came out well...
